Eco Africa: Namibia Hopes to Take Lead in Harnessing Solar Energy

One thing Africa’s not short of is sunshine.The continent has been slow to harness solar power. The south-western country of Namibia though, is hoping to take a lead. CCTV’s Maria Galang reports.
