  1. not all “refined” foods are absent of nutrients, or are bad. There is raw
agave syrup which is technically refined from the pant but isn’t processed
by heat so it retains nutrients from the plant 🙂

  2. Go to Meetup.com, see if there is one in your area. There is usually single
nights, vegan drinks and of course other activities with plenty of single
    people!

  3. cacao is much the same i don’t like the rush it gives its crazy stuff i
don’t think we should really consume it at all.

  4. meetup (dot) com sometimes has like raw food potluck meetups or vegan
meetups… check it out. search for “vegan”. you get to meet people that
live near you or in the same city, country, etc that have similar interests

  5. I think you have the best chances on 30bananasaday(dot)com. it is probably
one of the biggest vegan communities on the net. they have a few apps for
dating. check it out, participate in discussions, make friends, people and
stuff on there is very nice. they have chat forums and groups for falks of
different regions of the planet, to get to know each other and possible
meet ups. so if you already haven’t, check it out.

  6. I think what makes agave nectar more appealing and ”healthy” is the fact
that it has a really low glycemic index.

  7. It’s not different. You can just make way higher profit margins when you
charge 5 bucks a bottle and market it as “healthy”

  8. Thank you! I don’t see why it is so different from corn syrup. Maybe
calling it corn nectar would make it healthier.

Too much chocolate is not a good idea. Some foods you can eat loads of but
not chocolate. I prefer to look at it like. You don’t need to eat chocolate
so why bother. But once in a while I don’t see why not. So long as it’s not
    high in processed sugars.
