  2. @lek900 spinach, kale and spring greens are my favorite – and most easily
    available and not too expensive! but variation is good, there’s lots of
    types of greens you could use! some greens are more bitter, and require a
    little more fruit, chocolate powder or even some honey to make it drinkable
    🙂

    better – definitely worth a try 🙂

  4. Thanks for the tip! Coincidentally I just read a couple of days ago that
    all the Hollywood stars are currently doing a three day detox, which
    basically means you add as many greens to your diet as you can – and the
    skin is supposed to be better afterwards! Just like you said. 🙂
