i have a large green lizard living in my yard, it is about 9 inches long and has a small red cockle?

I live in sw floida
the cockle is on the top of his head, not under his chin..not like any anole i can find a pic of….
it is 9 inches at least

assuming a ‘cockle’ is the same as a ‘dewlap’
i’m guessing you have a male green anole
