Bullshit, just make the solar technology affordable by ensuring there are tax benefits and no duties on solar tech products. And also enable people to feed the energy generated from their solar panels back into the grid and give them credit to reduce eletric bills. That beats yapping about how people cannot use hot water in their homes unless they are forced to get solar power. You can cheaply offer people incentives to achieve the same goal.
Too much Govt in peoples private affairs. who will pay for the cost of putting these systems, especial when the Govt is forcing them to implement these expensive changes.
