A couple of things.
The Aral Sea wasn’t sucked dry by cotton. The water was diverted for irrigation (albeit to grow cotton) by the Soviet Union. You make it seem like we’re wearing the sea in our jeans.
Better Amazon than Walmart, seriously. I agree we should support local businesses, but some of us can’t afford that. So we do the best we can.
