Ditto on advice for new agents, and your experience as a new agent
I tell all my buyers to look into solar leasing companies, and energy
incentives from the local grid company for appliances like electric water
boilers & mini split heating & cooling systems. At the end of the day it’s
the best way to go, and depending on where you live may be completely free!
Every home should be solar 🙂

I know you’ve touch on being a new agent and finding clients in one of your
videos before but I would love if you would do a more in depth video on
advice for a new agent. I’m half way through my second (and final) course
and I’ve gotten a lot of great advice but more is always appreciated. PS- I
wish I lived in your city or vice versa because you seem like you’d be an
AMAZING mentor.
