Here is my second look for the Hmong New Year Makeup. I was inspired by all the beautiful colors that are used on Hmong clothes. Since Hmong people use varities of colors for their clothing designs, I focused this look on the yellow, green, and blue catergory. Sorry for the dark lighting. =( **For those who don’t know what Hmong New Year is… Hmong is an ethnicity from Southeast Asia. Therefore Hmong people gather within their cities, villages, states, andor country, and celebrate the upcoming new year. There’s tons of things to do as in, the traditional ball tossing game, meet new people (some people will come from other countries and states just to join in, despite if they have their own Hmong New Year Celebration or not) socialize, eat delicious food, watch people perform whether if it’s singing or dancing.. and of course watch the popular beauty pageant! FYI: Just because it says Hmong New Year, it does not mean that only Hmong people can attend this event. Every one can attend, as long as you pay for their fee at the doors. =D Disclaimer: All of these products were purchased with my own money.
