Person is up for green card again and has fooled the system. What can i do to have this situation looked at. I know this happens all the time, but i do feel this need to be addressed.

Try not to do it because sometimes people do it because the need it so much or because they are afraid to go back to their country, or they have a child living back there and they want to bring this child to live with them, don’t make a family miserable.
provide ice with all the information possible if you’re desperate to see justice done go file a complaint in person at the USCIS immigration office in the federal building on your city they are parasites bleeding the system with corruption to add delaying the process for the legal ones

Call ICE, I’m in the same situation but in an actual marriage and people like that only make it hard for ppl in real marriages!
Contact the INS or ICE, they will investigate the situation and possibly take actions based on findings..get as much detailed information you can when presenting your evidence. People like this cause our system to fail and also cost the US tax paying citizens alot of money.
Report it to immigration. Give them all the proof that you have.
call ICE and tip them off to the fraud.
