  1. you can stop throwing off used paper and doing the recycling in the home

first take all the used paper (non needed ones) tear and soak it in water when it becomes soft then bland it and apply it on a net wire keep it exposed in a sunny area and wait till it dries it might take 17 – 24 hrs then you get your recycled paper..

    you can stop burning paper

    and i admire your ideas

Here is an article I wrote for Whispers Newsletter a couple of years ago… hope it helps?

Protect the Planet, Our Magical Earth and all Upon It
    By Shewolf Silver Shadows
This magical earth that we live upon is slowly being destroyed and we humans are the ones that are doing the most vicious damage. The cars we drive, the products we use, the trash we throw away, it all adds up, it all makes a difference, good or bad!
With millions and millions of people on this earth driving automobiles that emit toxic fumes, cleaning their homes with products filled with carcinogens and toxic chemicals, and filling up the landfills with waste. You may ask, how can one person make a difference? How can I protect our planet, my loved ones and myself, me, one person? Well you can make a difference!
The big things, you can recycle your plastic, glass, and aluminum trash. It adds up, and each of us doing our part, really does make a difference! You can use safer and less toxic products! Our grandparents did not need all the toxic and deadly chemicals to clean their homes! You can educate yourself on how to make a difference, and that is what this article will help do. Each issue you will discover education information on the dangers and how to make it safer!
Did you even know there is a problem? Did you know that many scientists and doctors are discovering that there is a connection between our increased use of household chemicals and the increased incidence of chronic illnesses in children like cancer, asthma, ADD, birth defects, and a host of other problems? There really are some very dangerous things and situations presenting a serious problem to children of all ages. Education is part of the key to protecting our most precious children.
    DID YOU KNOW?
♦ Did you know that there are more than 3 million poisonings every year and that household cleaners are the number ONE cause of poisonings in children?
♦ Did you know that according to the National Safety Council that "More children under the age of four die from accidental poisonings at home then are accidentally killed with guns at home"!
♦ Did you know that there is a company out there that produces Eco-sensitive products! That are not only safer for your planet but for our loved ones as well?
♦ Did you know that after a 15year study the National Cancer Association found that 54% of women who stay at home are at a higher risk of developing cancer than women who work outside the home develop?
♦ Did you know that manufacturers ARE NOT REQUIRED to list the exact ingredients on a label?
♦ Did you know that chemical names are often disguised by using "trade names", so you may not recognize the chemical for what they truly are?
♦ Did you know that women’s fertility has also been negatively affected by the increase use of chemicals and that in 1934 only 21 cases of endometriosis existed in the entire world yet today over 5 million women have this condition, which causes infertility in the US alone?
♦ Did you know that since 1980 asthma has increased by 600%? And that common household cleaners and cosmetics have been identified as triggers of asthma attacks?
♦ Did you know there is NO TESTING of personal care products in the United States!
What are Carcinogens and why should we worry about them?
Well a Carcinogen is a substance or agent that seems to produce or atleast incite cancer. At the very least a carcinogen contributes something that can lead to cancer. And since statistics show that today, cancer is the leading cause of death for women aged 35-74, that is only one reason as to WHY we should worry about carcinogens.
Research by the American Cancer Society also shows that today, one out of three people have some form of cancer! 1 out of 3!!! And predict that by the year 2010 it could be one out of every two that may be effected by some form of cancer!
I am sure that you know some one, or at the very least, know someone that is close to someone, right now, that has cancer. This is very important.
Now what you may not know is that many of the common household products you probably have with in your very own home carry these deadly carcinogens in them! You could be contributing to you, your child, one of your loved ones even to your pet developing cancer! Is that what you want?
There is a solution. Get rid of the hazardous and unhealthy products, and replace them with products that are Eco-sensitive! Products that are not only safer for you and your loved ones, but even for our planet as well!
We already have so little control in our lives of the many things that can harm us, the very air we breath, the water we drink, cook with and bath in, and the food we purchase. Let’s protect our children and our loved ones, and our selves every little way we can!
Why does it matter? Because I am a mother, because I want to make this a safer world for not only my child, and loved ones, but for the time when my child’s own children will live, breath and walk upon this planet, the only planet we have! So, let’s make it safer!

    White Vinegar and Lemon Juice
White vinegar and lemon juice are acidic and both of them will not only neutralize alkaline substances such as stuff found in hard water but they also help safely and naturally clean away and dissolve nasty, gummy buildup, and remove dirt from wood surfaces.
NOTE: be careful because either of them can also eat away finishes.
    Suggestions:
White vinegar and lemon juice both are great for cleaning windows, and mirrors and similar surfaces.

  4. Planting trees is good. here is a great one: dont have more than 2 children. If we all had just two, the population would go down and we would all burn less fuel and make less trash and use less resources.

  5. there is a great publication i read regularly that covers Manny of those questions, including solar, fuel, organic gardening, living simply on the land, and Lot’s more
..mother earth news..they have been doing this stuff for 20-30 years!!check -em out..they even have a seed swap, where you send them seeds from you’re favorite plants, and they send you some of theirs!..

  6. make sure to remove the seeds as they smell funny when you light them, taste like crap and make you cough up all that green living…

  7. You are taking a step in the right direction! The definition of green living is life with a minimum of the use of synthetic, unnatural products, respecting the lives of animals just like you would your own,(not eating them), and doing your duty in conserving the earth by engaging in recycling and recycling and avoiding harmful substances to the earth.

I would strongly encourage you to continue your lifestyle but just step it up a notch by not using plastic bags, instead use cloth bags ( like if you are going grocery shopping, use that instead). Set up 3 separate recycling bin for glass, plastic, and paper and also cardboard.
If possible, substitute biking for driving. If not realistic, please, please purchase a hybrid car.

There are so much tips in living an authentic green life. Just continue to do thorough research on this topic. Be knowledgeable about saving our beloved Earth.

Wishing you a happy green life!
