What are some key underlying features of a green (eco) home. I’m looking for things outside of the standard, solar panels, garden, compost pile, shade trees, wind breaks etc. Not really interested in internal appliances wither, need more tangible external features.
Smart glass, glass that can tint with use of a controller to prevent heat from entering the home and/or to allow light to get through when the sun is out.
Research Frontiers (SPD Glass) – do not directly make the glass, licensees make it.
SPD Controls System Corp. – build the controls for the glass.
