I seriously think our builder KB Home should see this video. You mention home builders with flashy marketing, builders with good building practices and those that are more about marketing. I feel our homebuilder KB Home is one of those with flashy marketing (a lot of talk about quality and energy efficiency). You also mentioned at the end, having a happy customer for life, more referrals and repeat business. I think this is also something that our builder KB Home doesn’t seem to understand.
