I don’t know how tan "slightly tanned" is, but I’d say pretty much any color but yellow, which I don’t think looks flattering on white skin at all anyway. You’d probably do well in earth tones and pastels.
there isn’t a limit to what kind of clothes you can wear. it’s a free country and you can wear whatever you please and with pretty green eyes and brown hair wtf WOULDN’T look good on you.
