Im a Cuban citizen living with a green card (permanent residence) in Miami. May I bring my girlfriend to Miami?

My girlfriend is and lives in Cuba
I’d like to marry her here in Miami. I heard now it’s possible to get a fiance visa even if I’m just a resident and not yet a citizen.
My question is:
It’s that true?
May I bring my girlfriend to Miami with a fiance visa?

Thank you for all possible answers.

  1. A green card holder can get a spouse or children only into the US

You cannot use a fiancee visa until you are a citizen

  2. Not true, don’t know where you heard that. Only US citizens can petition for fiance visas.
You would either have to marry her in Cuba and then file the immigrant visa petition or wait until you are a citizen to get a fiance visa.
