Definitely the colour of your eyes as it will bring the colour of your eyes out 🙂 Midnight blue and royal purple will look fabulous as well! Try yellow too 🙂
Jewel tones, like royal purple, royal/midnight/navy blue, emerald green, gold, silver, ruby red, etc(:
Also bright yellow, white, black, and gray.
Not really hot pink.

try some green because it would make the green tint in your eyes pop
Why not just wash your hair?

with an eye color like that, i suggest neutral or earthy colors.
like white, navy blue, green, beige, tan, etc.
