i have lived here for 12 years on an e-2 visa. we have cousins who live here that are green card holders, can that help? every one in my familey of five were born in mexico and citezense there, and were all citezense of spain . and with what i have listed is that anything that can help me get a working permit ? There is no way to get a green card on the visa you are on.
You really need to dig up a relative that is an American citizen. How could you think being a citizen of Spain would help you with US residency? You might be able to move to other EU countries though. That would certainly be better than Mexico right now.
