When you get new clothing, you should soak the items in cold water with salt (I do this in the kitchen sink). This helps to fasten the color so it doesn’t run into your other stuff, and prevents fading.

You are probably using powder detergent and warm/hot water, use COLD water turn the items inside out and use Woolite Extra Care Dark Wash. I use this on my darks and they never fade or stretch. Tide Cold wash works too. Also, try not to wash them so often, then they won’t fade as fast.
