It’s funny, I always had hazel eyes, brown hair – my eyes always had a brownish tint. I put some red in my hair, wear reddish (or dark pink) eye shadow and my eyes look green. If I wear red on top of that, my eyes "pop" with green!
Same thing happens to my daughter who has blue-green eyes, dark hair…
edit: I love "Urban Decay" eye shadows in "Gash", "Kiss" & "Big Bang". Also any eye makeup in garnet shades.
